Refund policy

Merch (T-shirts & tote bags)

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected

Drinks (Kvass)

• Due to the perishable nature of our drinks, we do not accept returns on beverages

• If your drink arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us and we’ll make it right.
